Birds and dogs don't mix

So today at work I get a voice mail from my neighbor and she heard a lot of barking from our house. We are watching our friends dog and it got in the room and started attacking our birds. One of them escaped without injury the other one I found on the floor and I thought it was Dead but when I picked it up it started moving. I took her to Riverwoods Hospital and they said it would 400-800 dollars to fix her. I decided to take her home and we will try and nurse her back to health, we will see how long she lasts. I will get some antibiotic ointment and see if it helps. I will let you know in a few days if we still have the bird or not.

Katrina started Horse Riding lessons this last year, she loves it. She has always wanted to ride a horse so we finally let her take lessons. We found a great teacher who is really reasonable on price and works with Katrina really good.

Grandma's Funeral January 2010

Ok, so I have not blogged in about a year or more but I thought I would actually update it finally. Not much exciting has happened just every day life. I am still working at American Crafts in the Ink Lab. It is a fun and challenging job and also very messy. Angelee is still at Farrer Elementary as a teacher's aide, she loves the kids she works with. Amanda is in 8th grade she plays the flute and is in a ballroom dance class which she really enjoys. She is ready for Timpview and excited to start her High School career. Katrina is in 6th grade and also plays the Flute, she is excited to graduate from Rock Canyon and move on to Centennial.
